Manage your BandClub subscription, payment methods, and billing information.

Viewing Your Subscription

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Go to Account Settings
  3. Click "Billing" or "Subscription"

Subscription Plans

Free Forever

  • Cost: Free
  • Fans: Up to 100
  • Storage: 5 GB
  • Analytics: Basic
  • Support: Community

Pro

  • Cost: $19/month (billed monthly)
  • Fans: Unlimited
  • Storage: 100 GB
  • Analytics: Advanced
  • Support: Priority
  • Custom Domain: Included

Custom

  • Cost: Contact for pricing
  • Fans: Unlimited
  • Storage: Unlimited
  • Analytics: Custom
  • Support: Dedicated
  • Features: White-label options

Managing Your Subscription

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Billing settings
  2. Click "Upgrade Plan"
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Enter payment information
  5. Confirm upgrade

Downgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Billing settings
  2. Click "Change Plan"
  3. Select a lower tier plan
  4. Confirm the change

Note: Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Canceling Your Subscription

  1. Go to Billing settings
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Confirm cancellation

Note: You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Payment Methods

Adding a Payment Method

  1. Go to Billing settings
  2. Click "Add Payment Method"
  3. Enter card details
  4. Save payment method

Updating Payment Method

  1. Go to Billing settings
  2. Click "Edit" next to your payment method
  3. Update card information
  4. Save changes

Invoices & Receipts

Viewing Invoices

  1. Go to Billing settings
  2. Click "Invoices" or "Billing History"
  3. View or download invoices

Downloading Receipts

  • Click on any invoice
  • Click "Download PDF"
  • Save for your records

Billing Issues

Payment Failed

If your payment fails:

  1. Check your payment method
  2. Update card information if needed
  3. Contact support if issues persist

Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.
