How to Invite Members

Method 1: Individual Invitations

1. Go to "Members" or "Invitations" in your admin panel
2. Click "Invite Member" or "Send Invitation"
3. Enter member information:
   • Name
   • Email address
   • Phone number (optional)
4. Add a personal message (optional)
5. Click "Send Invitation"

Invitation Settings (Settings → Invitation settings) lets you customize the sender name, subject line, and email body. The custom email body supports paragraphs, bullet lists, numbered lists, and links.

Method 2: Bulk Invitations

1. Go to "Invitations"
2. Click "Bulk Invite" or "Import Members"
3. Upload a CSV file with member information
4. Review and send invitations

Method 3: Share Invitation Link

1. Go to "Invitations"
2. Copy your invitation link
3. Share via email, social media, or website
4. Members can join directly using the link

Invitation Process

1. You Send Invitation - Member receives email/SMS
2. Member Accepts - They click the invitation link
3. Member Signs Up - Creates account or signs in
4. Member Joins - They're added to your club
5. Welcome - Member receives welcome message

Member Information

When inviting, you can collect:

• Name - How they'll appear in your club
• Email - For communication
• Phone - For SMS notifications (optional)

Invitation Best Practices

• Personalize - Add a personal message when possible
• Follow Up - Remind members who haven't joined yet
• Make It Easy - Provide clear instructions
• Set Expectations - Let them know what to expect

Managing Invitations

• View pending invitations
• Resend invitations
• Cancel invitations
• Track invitation status

Member Limits

Your plan determines how many members you can have:

• Free: Up to 100 members
• Pro: Unlimited members
• Custom: Unlimited members
