Your Band Profile defines how your band appears across BandClub—on discovery pages, your fan portal, and in invitations.

Band Identity Tab

Genre & Location

Helps fans find you in discovery and sets expectations for your sound.

Social Links

Add Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and other links. These appear on your public pages and EPK.

Brand Images Tab

Each image has a specific use. Use the recommended dimensions for best results.

| Image | Use | Recommended Size | |-------|-----|------------------| | Logo | Light backgrounds (EPK, emails) | Any shape | | Reversed Logo | Dark backgrounds (portal header) | White/light version | | Avatar | Profile image, discovery cards | 256×256px | | Cover Image | Banner on band page | 1920×1080px | | Default Featured Image | Fallback for posts without images | 1200×630px | | Default Event Avatar | Fallback for events without images | 512×512px |

Tips

  • Consistency — Use the same logo and colors across all images
  • Quality — Upload high-resolution images; BandClub will resize as needed
  • Format — JPG or PNG work best for photos; PNG for logos with transparency
