EPK Settings

Your Electronic Press Kit (EPK) is a public page that showcases your band for promoters, venues, and press. Configure it from BandEPK Settings.

Overview Tab

Public EPK

Toggle to make your EPK publicly accessible. When off, the EPK is not viewable.

EPK Template

Choose the visual style for your EPK. Available templates: Classic, Modern, Minimal, Neon Green, Nature, Night Sky, Retro, Monochrome, and Sunset. Each affects colors, typography, and layout.

Demo Tracks

Select which playlist's recordings to feature as demo tracks. Promoters can stream these directly from your EPK.

Contact & Booking Tab

Contact Information

Email, phone, and booking contact details. Displayed prominently for promoters.

Social Links

Links to your social profiles and streaming platforms.

Band & Photos Tab

Hero Image

Wide banner for the EPK header. 2100×900px recommended.

Genre & Similar Artists

Describe your sound (e.g., "Celtic Americana, Folk Rock") and list similar artists for reference.

Press Photos

Upload high-resolution photos for press use. These are downloadable from your EPK. Include band shots, promo photos, and live performance images.

Press & Copy Tab

Bio

Your band bio for the EPK. Can differ from your main band bio if you want a more press-focused version.

One-Sheet

A concise description of your sound and characteristics. Often includes a "copy" button for easy use by promoters.

Press Quotes

Quotes displayed on your EPK come from ContentPress. Add press items (reviews, articles, interviews), then add or generate quotes from each. Quotes appear in a dedicated Press Quotes section on your EPK. See Press for details.

Customizing the EPK Label

The term "EPK" (and "Electronic Press Kit") can be customized in Band SettingsLabels & Copy. Use "Press Kit," "Media Kit," or your preferred label.

Tips

  • Keep it current — Update photos and bio when you have new material
  • High quality — Use professional photos; promoters judge by first impression
  • Clear contact — Make it easy for promoters to reach you
