Band Settings

Band Settings control how your fan community is presented and how members interact with your content.

Community Tab

Community Name

When set, this replaces your band name in app titles, CTAs, and page headers. Use for branded community names (e.g., "The Inner Circle" instead of "Band Name").

Fan Club Label

Used when community name is empty. Appears as "Join [Band]'s [label]." Default is "fan club."

Community Description

Optional HTML-rich description of your community. Use the editor to format text, add links, lists, and headings. Where this appears will depend on future features.

Display Name Style

Determines which style of names are suggested when members choose a display name during sign-in and onboarding. Options include username-style, real name, or custom.

Labels & Copy Tab

Customize the terminology used throughout your fan portal. Useful for bands with unique fan culture or branded language.

  • EPK label — Short label (e.g., "EPK," "Press Kit," "Media Kit") used in EPK titles and headers. Default: "EPK."
  • EPK full label — Full descriptive label (e.g., "Electronic Press Kit") used in meta descriptions and footer. Default: "Electronic Press Kit."

Recording Tasks Tab

Define task types for tracking remaining work on recordings. Examples: "Mix," "Master," "Artwork," "Lyrics." These appear when creating or editing recordings so you can track progress.
