Adding Songs

Add individual songs to your BandClub library. Songs can be part of playlists or projects, or standalone releases.

Creating a Song

Step 1: Access Songs

1. Sign in to your admin panel
2. Navigate to "Songs" in the sidebar
3. Click "New Song" or "Create Song"

Step 2: Song Information

Fill in the song details:

• Title - Song name
• Artist - Your band/artist name
• Genre - Musical genre
• Description - Tell fans about the song
• Release Date - When the song was released

Step 3: Upload Audio

Upload your song file:

• Supported Formats: MP3, WAV, FLAC, M4A
• File Size: Check your plan limits
• Quality: Higher quality = better listening experience

Step 4: Add Metadata

Optional song information:

• Lyrics - Add song lyrics
• Credits - Songwriters, producers, etc.
• Tags - Help fans discover your song

Step 5: Set Visibility

Choose who can access the song:

• Public - Everyone can listen
• Members Only - Only club members
• Specific Groups - Restrict to certain groups

Step 6: Publish

1. Review all information
2. Click "Publish" or "Save"
3. Your song is now available!

Adding Songs to Playlists

To add a song to a playlist or project:

1. Go to your playlist
2. Click Add Songs
3. Select the song
4. Arrange in track order
5. Save

Song Management

• Edit song details
• Update audio files
• Change visibility settings
• View song analytics
• Delete songs (if needed)

Tips

• High Quality Audio - Use the best quality you have
• Complete Metadata - Fill in all fields
• Good Descriptions - Help fans understand your music
• Proper Tagging - Makes songs easier to find
